The five-screen payslip in the payroll processing cockpit has been given a major overhaul. Starting with a new name, namely, Payroll processing. The gross/net calculation, other components and bases are immediately visible in the overview. The Payroll Auditor and payments are on separate tabs. We have, of course, taken into account the visibility of these tabs when there are notifications. The Payroll Auditor, for instance, shows an orange bullet when there are notifications and a red bullet when there are blockings. Regarding payments, you will immediately see the number of payments to be made.
From now on, you can also use a drop-down menu to navigate directly to all the employee's processed periods through all the years. For example, to quickly view the holiday allowance from a year earlier.
In the Job, Timetable and Salary change creation profiles, it was not possible to specify preference values for the fields. You always saw the current value of the field with the employee. From now on, you decide whether a profile uses preference values or not. This allows you to empty the cost centre, for example, when there is a job change so it must always be filled consciously. Or you can empty a custom field for, say, the reason for the change.
Change import for vacancies has been made available via HRM / Management / Import HRM / Payroll change / Vacancy.
You can now specify the number of applicants required for an ongoing vacancy. After reaching the required number, the status is changed to Fulfilled. You can find the fields for automatic processing on the General tab in the properties of the job under the Automatic exit header.
It is now possible to include the location when changing an address so that the distance calculation is based on the location where the employee works. The Location field is available within the context of the profile for changing the address.
This cool functionality was also realised in response to the public wish list!
The position management dashboard has been considerably expanded. It is now possible to show a forecast for the rest of the year in addition to the realisation. What does it mean if I renew contracts or make a timetable change? Can I still hire people? Employees who start working more or less hours, those leaving the company and employees of retirement age are also included in the forecast.
In addition, we have added the Include vacancies check box. If you have added a position place for the vacancy, you will see how much space is left in the position location and whether people can still be hired on the dashboard
The new interface of Profit 1 is also clearly visible in the Organisation chart and Journal structure functionality. The new interface here also gives you more insight and makes it easier to find what you are looking for.
The old icons to start an action have been replaced by clear action buttons. Important components are divided into tabs with corresponding actions.
You can define a description for each language in the organisational unit properties within the organisation chart. Depending on the user's choice of language, the display shows the description of the relevant language.
Tip: For existing organisational units, it is also possible to import the description in other languages via HR / Management / Import HRM/Payroll change / Organisational unit.
More and more employees are structurally working one or several days a week from home. Recording home working days gives insight into staffing levels at the departments. It has now also been made possible for our Belgian customers to record home working days in InSite. In the employment conditions properties, link home working days to the appropriate code. This automatically includes home working days in the submission to the employers' social-accounting secretariat.
Last entry date in leave overviewsWe really had not forgotten this wish that was first reported in 2014! Here it comes: For leave overviews based on the 'Employee/leave balance' collection of data, you can now add the Last entry date field to your overview. You will find this field in the collection of data under 'Leave type'.
Termination of vehicle when leaving employment
A big wish of all customers was to close the use of a vehicle immediately when an employee was reported as having left his/her employment. We made that possible. The Terminate linked car field is now available when you report an employee as having left.
Start call reminder alert
A new alert for the employee that the last conversation with the manager took place more than 11 months ago.
