Autorisatie tool faster and easier

The performance and interface of the authorisation tool have been improved. You will mainly see the performance improvement in environments with many users.
There are now default views on every tab in which you can use the quick filter. You can display users/user groups by using the padlock at the top in the view. For adding and deleting, you simply use the New and Delete buttons as you do in all other Profit views.

Facelift reactions in Pocket

After the facelift of reactions in InSite, AFAS Pocket has now also been given a facelift.

 

New notifications in Pocket

You could already send general notifications to Pocket users, which was useful because some users do not use InSite. We have automated this further: Profit can send notifications automatically based on alerts and workflows. A Pocket user can also receive a notification when a new payslip or annual income statement is ready to download.

The Pocket user determines in Pocket which notifications the user actually wants to see.

 

 

Connectors

You can now import custom fields and GetConnectors through AFAS Remote. Through the combination of these two imports, you can also import GetConnectors that include custom fields. In this situation, you first import the custom fields in the target environment and then the GetConnector.

 

Sales orders set to the Completed status

You can set sales orders to the Completed status with the new UpdateConnector FbSettleOrder.

 

Logboek per app connector

Je kunt het logboek nu per app connector raadplegen. Dit scheelt zoekwerk en je hebt alle meldingen netjes bij elkaar staan.
