Generate expenses for public holidays

Employees with an active placement are entitled to have their wages continued to be paid on public holidays recognised in the Netherlands. By using the new overview with public holiday hours, you can view how many public holiday hours an employee is entitled to for each contact manager or employee. For the checking and approval process, Profit generates a workflow task for each contact manager. The contact manager can check the proposed public holiday hours and the underlying calculation by using this workflow task. After checking and implementing possible changes, a claim is generated for each employee if approved with the relevant public holiday hours.

Recording additional employee data upon placement

To ensure that the placement of employees is as optimal as possible, different workflows have been expanded to process additional employee date herein. The additional fields when creating a placement, reporting the start of employment of an employee and changing employee data mean that the process from candidate to placement has been further streamlined. The fields for the citizen service number (BSN), bank accounts, income tax and social insurance contributions credit and employment and pension history have, for example, become available when creating a placement.

Supplement on leave hours (Article 26.11 of the ABU & NBBU CLA)

With the Supplement on leave hours overview, you can see what an employee is entitled to as a supplement when taking
leave hours This fully complies with the relevant CLA articles from the ABU and NBBU CLA (article 26, paragraph 11). You can, if required, adjust this proposal and, after approval, claims for the employees will be created that show the amount and supplement for the leave.

Extending placements in relation to phase transition and taking over at the end of the placement

In relation to a phase transition, not just the current placements are closed, but you now also have the option of indicating whether you want to extend a placement for each current placement. For every placement that you select to extend, a new placement workflow will be created on which you can implement changes if required. In addition, you can select a placement regarding which you want to copy values when creating a placement. This means that there is simple input assistance when creating new placements.

Item set and component type optimised

You can now define more ranges for different rate types in one item set. You could only define a minimum and/or maximum rate in relation to the rate type Fixed rate. This has now been expanded for 5 rate types. This will give you a better grip on price and wage agreements. You can now also define preferred positions on an item set and therefore laying down a customer agreement becomes a lot easier.
You can better set payments and deductions and therefore several payment/deduction scenarios can be defined. In addition, the component types have been expanded with Leave, Absenteeism and Idleness. This gives you a better insight into the Margin dashboard.
