Blocking functionality in an authorisation role

You can now block a functionality in an authorisation role and therefore you will be revoking the authorisation in question. This is also possible in relation to supplied authorisation roles! This allows you to use the included authorisation roles even if they contain too many functions and you do not need to create a completely new role for small changes.

 

Define the security settings of the site yourself

The security settings of InSite and OutSite sites were maintained by AFAS, but, from Profit 19 onwards, you do this yourself.  During the transition from Profit 18 to Profit 19, the settings for each site will be automatically entered based on the settings that apply to you. The site will therefore continue to operate as before.

The following themes were already available for download, but are now standard in Profit. This allows you to test them quickly!

  • More page sections in themes
    You now have 10 page sections, making it even easier to standardise the layout of your site.
     
  • Data collection for response labels
    For file items and documents, you can give a response and assign a label to the response. These labels can now also be used in reports, analyses and GetConnectors for which the Labels on file item responses (excluding authorisation), Label data sets on file item responses (including authorisation) and Label data set on document responses have been added.
