The Totaliser was not yet available in certain views, such as the Wage declaration view or Journal entry details view. These are views that are built dynamically when you start the view, as certain data is compiled or calculated. Now the Totalizer is also available in these views.
On Profit Home, you will see notifications from all kinds of different parts of Profit as long as you are authorised for the corresponding menu item. For example, to see general items of a queue, you must be authorised for the General / Environment / Management / Queue menu item.
You can now fine-tune the authorisation on notifications with filter authorisation by notification type. You can now therefore achieve that not all notifications are shown anymore. For example, a user may have rights to the queue of various parts of Profit, but, with filter authorisation, you achieve that the user only sees notifications from the general queue.
If you retrieve many records, you can divide them into packets with skip/take. This improves the performance of the GetConnector. Here, however, it is important that you sort the records on the call by the key field(s) of the table. To make this easy, you can now see in the Management tool what the key fields are. Add the field to the view yourself.
You can now record consumption by reporting date. This allows you to enter consumption for each day, for example, or import it via the import function or the UpdateConnector KnCSRLine. Based on the date, year and period are determined automatically. If you do not want this, leave the new Report date field blank and simply enter the year and period. This change only applies to the entry of CSR lines, the CSR dashboard is based on year and period.
There is a new default user group for CSR! As a user of this user group, you have access to the General / CSR Profit menu so you can configure CSR and record consumption. You also have access to the CSR dashboard in InSite.
