More influence on placement and order confirmation

The automated placement and order confirmation functionality has been expanded to include the cool new features below:

  • Through the new Confirmations menu item, you now have insight into why confirmations have been and will be generated. Moreover, for future confirmations, you can choose not to send these ('Ignore').
  • For each customer agreement, you can now specify whether or not you want to generate a placement confirmation and/or an order confirmation, different from the employer setting. When adding, modifying or closing a placement, that option is also there. This gives you maximum flexibility.
  • Finally, you can now manually re-generate confirmations, for example if the customer did not receive them. This can be done through placement, but also from the existing Placement contracts view.

And much more - find out for yourself!

Automated periodic data in the flex

Automated periodic data in the flex no longer need to be allocated manually as this is automated. This new functionality works for self-added regular pay scales (based on step) and for self-added min-max pay scales, where the time period equals 'Hour'.

Profit adds a new placement contract line for the periodic increase that increases the step (or hourly wage). You can also assess periodic increases in a structured way from now on.

This gives you more control and insight into when periodic increases are applied.

Insight and control of hours

As the responsible relationship manager or back-office employee, you can now quickly and easily check using an overview in InSite whether employees have entered enough hours in a given week. This provides insight into progress. By consulting and checking this in a structured way, you prevent unentered hours from not being able to be paid or invoiced.

When checking, you can immediately remind the employee by email or Pocket to enter the hours. When doing so, you can also leave comments on the particulars of that week and the actions taken.

Invoice proposal for claim invoices

You can now send your customers an invoice proposal for claim invoices. By doing so, you offer them insight into what you are billing and ask for their approval before providing the actual invoices. It also allows you to give a reference to the customer in advance, making payment of the actual invoice faster. This prevents unnecessary correction invoices having to be sent.

Hiring and paying freelancers through Profit

You can now hire and pay a freelancer entirely through Profit.

Through a new type of pricing agreement and placement, you keep the entire purchasing process separate from the payroll process. You add the freelancer as a purchasing relation,  who then enters his/her hours. A purchase invoice is generated from those hours as a breakdown of what the freelancer is paid, which you then pay. This is also known as 'self-billing'.

The freelancer is unburdened and you are in control of the process. What more could you want?

Do you currently use purchasing for the flex by means of receipts in order management? Then consider switching to this new functionality - it offers you more efficiency and is less error-prone.

Paid field added in the reservations view

The Paid field has now been added to the Reservation lines view. You can find this view at HRM / Employee / Employee properties / Reservation tab / open a reservation line. This allows you to see at a glance whether a reservation has already been paid. Handy, right?

More great functionality

  • Wage agreements now update through queue (Dutch)
Renewing wage agreements is now done through the queue instead of a progress screen when you click 'Update immediately'. This allows you to continue working while the wage agreements are updated. It’s time to celebrate because this fulfils a user wish!
  • Calculate wage components only for current placement

Profit incorrectly made new calculations for all placements in the case of reservations for multiple active placements when there was an adjustment. Now Profit does this only for the placement covered by the claim. A new parameter has been included in calculation rule 10.042 for this purpose.
