Note
The cool, new functionality of Pocket will not be delivered at the same time as Profit 3. You can see in the release notes for Pocket (in the App Store or Play Store) which new functionality is available in your Pocket version.
Besides the cool new corporate identity features, you can use Pocket even better by including your own menu in Pocket. This can be done per environment, but also per employer! This allows you to offer Pocket users their own menu with all documents of a certain document template, individual documents and links to important websites.
You can now create and edit organisations, persons and contacts through Pocket. The existing Contacts menu item has been split into the Organisations and Contacts menu items. For example, if you open the Organisations menu, you will immediately see the organisations you have recently opened. Of course, you can also search. This uses a view that the Profit administrator can adjust. This view can also contain custom fields by which you can also search and sort.
Creating organisations, persons or contacts is done through profiles. This allows you to decide which fields the Pocket user has to fill in. Custom fields can also be populated through Pocket.
Now make working with your own workflows even more user-friendly by customising the layout as you see it in Pocket. This is possible for all your own file item types to which you have added custom fields and which you can use in InSite.
You decide which tabs are shown at the top. In the example, you can see that the (mandatory) General tab has been renamed. The custom tab Purchasing relation quality has been placed on this tab as a field group. So the custom fields are immediately in view! The Action log tab has been removed. You can also add Pocket tabs containing tabs from the custom layout. The tabs of the custom layout are then shown as field groups.
Three optimisations are made in Pocket version 2.19:
This functionality is available from Pocket version 2.20 onwards.
You can save an e-mail as an eml or msg file and attach it to a file item, for example. When you open an e-mail attachment in Pocket, you will now see it directly in an e-mail viewer in Pocket.
This functionality is available from Pocket version 2.20 onwards.
vCard is a standard file format for sharing an electronic business card, for example via e-mail. This file is now used by default in Pocket. So when you open a contact and share the contact details via e-mail, you will get an e-mail message with the vCard file as an attachment.
