PCC

There is a new version of the PCC for Profit 1. If you are using the PCC, install the PCC of Profit 1. Previous versions of the PCC can no longer be used.

You download the PCC via InSite or Profit, or via the AFAS Customer Portal. If you are allowed to do your own installations/changes on your PC, you can update the PCC yourself.

You can use Microsoft PCC Server 1 in combination with Profit 22.

Old definitions cannot be imported

Due to changes 'under the bonnet', it is not possible to import definitions exported in Profit 22 or an older version into Profit 1. This includes GetConnectors, import definitions, analyses, reports, documents (from the DocumentGenerator), views, alerts, entry layouts and message templates.

If you still have definitions that you want to use in Profit 1, import them into Profit 22 BEFORE starting the migration to Profit 1.

Calendar from Profit to InSite

The calendar is now available in InSite, instead of Profit. The old calendar set-up (such as appointment types and locations) remains the same so you do not need to do anything new. However, some steps have been added to put the calendar in InSite. If you were using the calendar in Profit, perform these steps so that you have the calendar in InSite.

The lay-out of tabs of organisations, persons purchase and sales relations has been optimised:  fields have been moved to the General tab, and therefore other tabs have been removed. 'Mijn geldzaken' deactivated

From Profit 1, the link from Profit to 'Mijn geldzaken' is no longer available..

      Projects

       Invoicing tabs merged

The fields regarding invoicing in the project properties can now be found on one Invoicing tab. The Invoicing 2 tab has therefore been cancelled and Invoicing 1 has been renamed to Invoicing.

      Note:
Check the authorisation on the Invoicing tab and re-authorise if required.
Whether or not fields are visible on the tab in the project's properties depends on the settings in the context of the linked project profile..
