Email with multiple attachments

Multiple attachments

You can create an email in Profit Windows and save it to the file immediately and you can also do this for multiple recipients (destinations) simultaneously.

Now, you can also immediately add multiple attachments to such an email and these will also naturally all be saved in the file. 

First, you need to link the attachments in the wizard or a new file item with an email and then you continue with the other steps.


All options

  • Enter the text for the email and link the attachments
  • The text of the email is based on a document (of the Document generator) and you link the attachments
  • The text of the email is based on a document, one attachment is based on a document and you link the attachments (see the example below).

You can see a new file item with three standard attachments in this example. A document has been linked at Document in attachment. This will ensure that a fourth attachment is created in the form of a merged / personalised document. The text of the email is also based on a document.



Agreements at forecast

If you add an appointment via Profit Calendar, you can now immediately select a forecast. This will ensure that you can also consult the appointment history with regard to each forecast!

To ensure that this is possible, copy the Calendar (Profit) entry layout and add the Forecast field in the copy. Block the Calendar (Profit) standard entry layout if required. And that is all!

GDPR

Site visitors can complete a completion form and this will be registered automatically in Profit. You cannot delete this in[it form (mutiselect) via General / In& OutSite / Input forms, Forms tab. This will ensure that you can quickly delete data if you believe this is required within the framework of the GDPR. The related file items will not be deleted. You can delete these collectively using the standard method.

Send button of a input form

You can use your own text for the send button of a form. This text can now also be translated for sited in other languages. Define the deviating text in General / In & OutSite / Input form / Input form, Tools tab.


Import course messages

You can now import course messages with CRM / Management / Import Course management / Course message. The courses themselves can be imported with the existing function CRM / Management / Import Course management / Import new/edit.

Course participants in OutSite

If someone has registered via OutSite for a course event, this person can consult the participants. He/she can therefore see which colleagues have registered and whether his/her registration was successful.

You can make the participants visible at existing events by selecting Display participants on OutSite in the properties of the event. For new courses, you will find this field in the properties of the course.
