Doing great business with your customers!
You can delegate or transfer a workflow to someone else or you can make someone else responsible for it (naturally, only if this action has been included in the workflow). If a response is mandatory within this context, you can enter the response immediately when delegating. You will therefore not receive a notification afterwards if you forgot to define a response. If you are the last user to define a response, the selection screen on which you select the employee will then be displayed immediately afterwards.
If a response with the delegation is not mandatory, you can still enter it immediately by clicking the text balloon with the response button.
The options related to the Delegate action have been expanded in the workflow editor. You now also have settings for Processing delegation and Undo delegation. This means that you can now also enter and possibly translate a button text for these components. You can also determine whether a response is required or not with regard to Processing delegation.
You can now submit dossier items for each packing slip sales contact. These file items can be consulted through the properties of the sales contact or the packing slip.
Activate the Sales contact + packing slip destination in the properties of a file item type in order to use this. You can, if required, add Immediately to action in the packing slip in InSite for adding a file item. This will ensure that the sales contact and packing slip number are automatically copied when creating a file item. The employee only enters the text and can, if required, add figures.
The new destinations below for account managers are available in the workflows. You can place a workflow task at an account manager with these destinations.
