The Profit administrator (application administrator) authorises the new functionality
You will see all contracts in the Contracts view (of Profit Financial) regardless of the administration they come from. You can now split the authorisation for viewing/maintaining contracts and obligations from different administrations and entering and paying from different administrations.
Note:
If required, change the authorisation in Profit 6 before transferring to Profit 7.
To use reservations in InSite, you need to activate the Reservations page type in the site's properties. Next, authorise the related InSite pages (they are linked to the View reservations functionality).
Authorise this new action.
In the Authorisation tool go to Order management / Purchase / Purchase contact and authorise the Order and delivery calendar tab

Authorise the action: Invoicing general / Sales invoice / Actions / Generate invoice (invoice proposal).
Autorise the General / Management / Sent email function.
Add the InSite-pages Location, View location and Location dossier to the functionality.
The supplied functionality View locations contains the pages Location and View location, add this functionality to a role.
Autorise this using the new functionalities Manage cost estimate and View cost estimate. The action Finalise cost calculation is part of Manage cost estimate. You can also authorise this action and use is as a Directly to item.
You no longer maintain AFAS Pocket using the app connector function. Pocket App is no longer available there. Instead, you use the following functions, which you should authorise:

If you were authorised for General / Maintenance / App connector, then after the transfer to Profit 7 you will also be autorised for the new functions.
