HR makes a difference!
You record personal documents, like an ID, wage tax statement and declaration regarding bahaviour (VOG) directly when you register an employee's employment in InSite.
The employee van also record the documents himself via ESS vastleggen. Through the workflow, the documents will be saved as attachments in the employee dossier.
There are separate dossier item types for each type of personal document.
Use the new alert Medewerker Employee IDs cancelled (Profit) to inform an employee that a document is about to expire or has expired already.
Entering and paying advances was a difficult and time-consuming process.
In Profit 7 this has become much easier. It's now very simple to enter an advance and directly pay it to the employee.
The employee (ESS) or manager (MSS) can apply for an advance in InSite. Using the new workflow, you can either pay the advance directly or settle it in the salary calculation.
It's also possible to directly transfer an advance to a seperate payment file to make payments that are independent of the normal salary payments.
Using the new Advances functionality, it's easy to pay advances. But off course in a future salary calculation you want to take the payed advances into account.
In Profit 7 the salary calculation will do so automatically.
If an employee has had an advance, Profit will add a line To be claimed to the new Claims tab in the employee properties. The next salary calculation with include the payed advance and an advance claim. Naturally, only if the salary is sufficient. Apart from this, when you apply for an advance you can also determine in which period it should be claimed.
The payroll configuration will be supplied with the minimum wage update of the CLA Updates. Monitor the CAO Center for this.
Note: In the new functionality for the settlement of negative wages, we found a mistake. Therefore it has been decided to supply this functionality later in this year. The new functionality to settle advances will be supplied with Profit 7.
When an employee gets a new job and a new manager, the future manager can only view the employee's data and workflows as from the startdate of the new job.
As from Profit 7 it's possible to allow a future manager to view a workflow before the new job start date.
Besides, you can also enable the future manager to create the new job or additional employment himself in InSite. Because the future manager is best suited to determine which data should be supplied for the new job line or employment.
Leave in the education branche has been optimised.
From now on, an employee with enter a leave request on the additional employment himself and Profit will distribute the leave over the corresponding sub employments..
So it is no longer necessary to enter e seperate leave request for each sub employment.
