Work-related person mobility report

New legislation and regulations now require employers with 100 or more employees who work more than 20 hours per month to provide insight into their employees' travel movements. This is to put the CO2 emissions of working the Netherlands under the microscope and promote a more sustainable future. Mobility in InSite

Meet the new name for the fleet: Mobility! From now on, you can add not only cars, but also other means of transport such as bicycles, and everything is conveniently located in InSite.

The following legal changes apply to salary processing beginning as from 2024:

Leave balances in AFAS Pocket

From now on, you can show multiple leave totals in AFAS Pocket. So you are no longer tied to one specific type of leave. You use a filter to determine which types of leave and therefore which leave totals are displayed.

 

Provisions on succession of fixed-term employment contracts optimisation

In this version, the Succession number and Succession of fixed-term employment contract start date fields are optimised. The conditions under which the fields are given a value are described below.

  • Succession number - Not applicable

    - Type of employee is unequal to staff member
    - Type of contract is unequal to indefinite period
    - If the employee is under 18 years of age on the date he or she is hired, not applicable is also entered

  • Succession number - Succession number 1

    - Employee is over 18 years of age when hired
    - Type of employee is Staff member

  • Increase the succession number on contract renewal
    - If the current contract has a succession number and the contract is extended, the succession number will be increased by 1. 
    - Upon re-employment within 6 months and the previous contract has a succession number, the succession number will be increased by 1. 
    - If the succession number is increased, the Succession of fixed-term employment contract start date will be copied from the previous contract.

 

Optimisation of summary wage list reports

Voor de verzamelloonlijst zijn een aantal gave verbeteringen doorgevoerd:

  • Summary wage list 
    Since the aggregate payroll list contains a lot of data, we have made three separate reports additionally available. You can now view wage tax, employee insurance and health insurance data in separate reports.  These reports not only present the relevant Tax Authorities agency data of the regime, but also the corresponding contribution/premium base and percentages for each contribution/premium.
     
  • Data collection for analysis
    Annual audits often require more data than will fit on the standard summary wage list report. The aggregate payroll list collection of data has therefore been made available for analysis so that audits can more easily be made via own analysis in Excel. This allows you to create an analysis to view the data by labour relation and period of the aggregate payroll list.
     
  • Improved performance
    The performance for generating the aggregate payroll list has been improved, reducing the generation time.
    Note that for employers with a very large number of employees, this may take some time for the time being due to the amount of data being collected.

More great functionality

  • Logging file items based on HR profile
    From now on, when a file item is created based on a HR profile, the profile being used will also be logged. The Created with profile function field is available in the collections of data of file items for this purpose. This function field shows the name of the profile.

  • Do not issue annual wage statements of € 0,-
    You can prevent issueing annual wage statements to employees who are employed but for whom no hours have been processed. This is confgured per employer and can be deviated from in the Output wizard for providing the annual statement.
