We are pleased to share that we have made it possible to support a second form of paid parental leave. Several collective agreements in the Netherlands offer an additional form of paid parental leave, in addition to statutory paid parental leave, or the employer had its own scheme.
With the addition of the additional paid parental leave basic leave type, the statutory and collective agreement parts can be split in Profit.
In addition, it is now also possible to transfer the remaining balance of the statutory paid parental leave to additional paid parental leave, and from additional paid parental leave to unpaid parental leave.
Onboarding is the process of seamlessly integrating new employees into your organisation. Effective onboarding ensures that your brand-new colleague feels completely at home in no time, while you only have to put minimal effort into completing the process. Step into the wonderful world of onboarding and discover how it can take your organisation to new heights!
The workflow builders among us are, of course, familiar with conditions to drive workflows. A condition always relates to a unique piece of data. You can now also create conditions on multiple lines, but this only applies to the script lines and cost allocation lines data groups.
So how does that work? Suppose you use script tasks in the onboarding workflow, so that certain actions are automatically placed with the right department/colleague. The workflow may actually only proceed after all script tasks have been completed. You control this with a condition on multiple lines, in this case a condition on the script tasks. Have they all been completed? Then the onboarding process can continue.
There are more great innovations regarding workflows; see the New in CRM page.
A number of optimisations have been made for the periodic salary increase:
In Profit 3, we introduce the ability to authorise applicants and job applications through data filters. For this purpose, these two new data filters are available in the authorisation tool.
Besides authorisation through data filters, the current functionality to authorise applications through the (main) responsible person for data, contact person and selection by vacancy remains. To this end, the activation Additional authorisation based on vacancy fields is enabled by default in Profit 3. If you want to switch entirely to authorisation by means of data filters, you disable this activation after configuring the data filters. From then on, the vacancy details will no longer be used for authorisation purposes.
With data filters enabled, applicants without an application are also authorised, unlike the options in Profit 2. The InSite page "Unauthorised applicant master card" has therefore also been renamed to ‘Master card applicant without application’. This page remains usable even when data filters are not enabled.
To make applicant management even more efficient, you can now link one or more responsible persons to an applicant. You do this in InSite or in Profit. The linked responsibilities are available as workflow destinations and as fields within the new applicant data filter.
Moreover, we have added 3 new workflow destinations under Recruitment & selection:
In Profit 3, we have made it possible to record one or more assessor(s) per vacancy. This way you can easily link specific experts or managers to different vacancies to get the most relevant feedback and evaluations.
After determining the assessors and configuring the assessment criteria, you can request the assessments through InSite in two ways:
Once there are assessments for the applicant, the average of the assessments is made visible on the applicant's master card under Average assessment. It can now be seen at a glance what the applicant's average assessment is.
By combining these new flexible assessment capabilities with Profit's existing powerful features, your application and selection process becomes even more efficient. We hope you are as excited about this new function as we are!
