Order management

Warehouse transfer proposal

If you have several warehouses, you can now have Profit generate a Transfer proposal based on the available stock in the source warehouse and the required stock in the target warehouse. By automating this, you will prevent unnecessary purchasing and you can better control your stock costs.

This is an issue when, for example, you purchase centrally. Articles will come in centrally and you can distribute the articles decentralised based on what is needed. Previously, you needed to recognise and carry out a required warehouse transfer yourself a transfer preparation based on Profit analyses or the personal insight of warehouse employees.

Stock in Pending order made clearer

You can now clearly see the difference between what has been put on the pending order manually and what will still be ordered through the order proposal. The Pending order quantity field has been split into Pending order quantity and Order proposal quantity to achieve this.

OCI profiles optimised and many new connectors

the OCI profile has experienced a full makeover to better support new links and to increase ease of use.  The fields of the General tab has been subdivided over the current General tab and the new Web shop link and Purchase order via cXML tabs. This ensures you know immediately which field is meant for which function of the link.

For the purchase order via cXML, you also now have the Identity to and Identity from fields and you can link several delivery addressees in a profile by using the new Supplier delivery addresses tab.

In addition, the following new OCI links are available/have been expanded:

  • BMN Bouwmaterialen
  • CEBEO - uitgebreid met cXML
  • Huuskes

Prorata purchasing abroad in Order management

Prorated purchase VAT (partially exempted VAT or exempted VAT) now also works in relation to the purchase order and receipt in Order management in the specific situation of VAT reverse-charged within the EU. Previously, the non-reclaimable VAT percentage and amount were not calculated within this context.

Profit will now increase the amount of the obligation with the calculated non-claimable VAT amount in the case above in relation to purchase orders. When journalising a receipt, Profit will now also increase the amount of the cost price entry with the non-claimable VAT amount.
